6. Out-of-Stock Items

    • Offer a refund if a replacement is not suitable or available.

8. Delivery

  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary.
  • Delivery days may change; customers will be notified where possible.
  • If no one is available to receive delivery, items may be left in a safe place unless otherwise instructed.

Delivery Issues

  • Please inspect items on delivery.
  • Any missing or damaged items must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Returned items must be agreed in advance and returned in original, unopened packaging where applicable.
  • We do not operate a sale-or-return policy.

9. Cancellations

  • A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel an order that has not yet been dispatched.
  • Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may not be possible.
  • We reserve the right to charge an administrative fee (up to £30) where cancellation incurs costs.

10. Refunds

  • Refunds will be issued for undelivered items where applicable.
  • No refunds will be issued for services that have already begun.
  • Refunds are processed using the original payment method where possible.

Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.

  • Discounts apply only to the delivery date selected at checkout.
  • If a delivery date is changed after ordering, any applied discount may be removed.
